City Dreams
I saw these oil paintings by Kim Cogan on Supersonic Electronic. I love the dreamy quality of them. When I went to the artist's site I was surprised to find out that he is a man and that he Korean- born in Pusan. They are such dreamy takes on city scenes we view all the time.
